Shipping & Return Policy 
Please note: Cinvion reserves the right to refuse any return requests made after the 15 day window.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• All returns must be shipped via UPS with tracking to ensure secure delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Final Sale - Discontinued Products
Products marked as discontinued are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
As these items are no longer in production, all purchases are final.
